Europe's wine nations include France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Hungary, and England. Italy was formerly recognized as "Oenotria" by the Greeks, which means: the land of wine. Italy creates more wine compared to any other nation in the world.
Some of the famous wine-producing regions in Italy are Valle D'Aosta, Lombardy, Veneto, Umbria, and, of course, Tuscany. The type of the land that produces the amazing grapes that are used to make excellent wine is one of grace and romance. Therefore it stands to reason that the wine-producing regions of the world are additionally the most frequently selected destinations for honeymooners.
